Jaimie Trussell
Chief Executive Officer
Jaimie Trussell is a veteran fundraiser and nonprofit professional known for her ability to align resources to meet emerging needs. She is a fervent advocate for compassion ministry, having served in key leadership roles for international nonprofits such as Convoy of Hope and Adult & Teen Challenge. Now leading Crosslines Community Outreach, Jaimie is charged with stewarding one of Southwest Missouri’s most cherished institutions and inspiring hope within its most vulnerable residents.
Travis Gathman
Vice President of Administration
Travis Gathman is an experienced operations and HR leader who brings steady, solutions-focused leadership to Crosslines Community Outreach. With a strong background in team development, organizational systems, and business administration, Travis ensures that CCO’s core functions—finance, HR, facilities, and internal operations—run with excellence, transparency, and efficiency. He is committed to building a healthy workplace culture where staff and volunteers are supported, valued, and empowered to serve well.
Wes Buchholz
Vice President of Programs
Wes Buchholz is a mission-driven program strategist known for his heart for service and his ability to translate community needs into meaningful, high-impact programming. With deep experience in nonprofit program development, volunteer engagement, and direct service leadership, Wes oversees CCO’s frontline initiatives, ensuring each program delivers dignity, compassion, and measurable results. His leadership strengthens CCO’s commitment to walking alongside neighbors as they move from crisis toward stability.
Shannon Terry
Controller
Shannon Terry is a seasoned financial professional whose expertise ensures Crosslines Community Outreach operates with accountability, accuracy, and strong stewardship. With a background in nonprofit and corporate finance, Shannon oversees budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial systems with an unwavering attention to detail. Her commitment to integrity helps safeguard CCO’s resources and builds confidence among donors, partners, and the families we serve.
Gabby Sanders
Executive Assistant
Gabby Sanders is the organizational heartbeat behind the executive office, providing high-level administrative support with professionalism, warmth, and impeccable attention to detail. With a strong background in administrative management and customer service, Gabby coordinates communication, scheduling, board engagement, and strategic priorities, ensuring the CEO and senior leadership team remain focused and effective. Her work strengthens every corner of the organization and helps keep CCO moving forward with clarity and momentum.
Jamie Martin
Director of Community Engagement
Jamie Martin is a community engagement strategist with more than 20 years of experience in sales and community relations. She leads efforts to build meaningful partnerships with businesses, churches, and community leaders—expanding awareness and deepening community impact. Known for her natural ability to build relationships, Jamie connects people to purpose through strategic outreach, fundraising support, and volunteer engagement, helping move the mission forward in tangible ways. With a heart for individuals and families facing hardship, she is passionate about sharing stories of impact and creating opportunities for others to give, serve, and make a difference.
Scott Hartman
Director of Data and Analytics
Scott Hartman is a data-driven nonprofit leader whose work ensures Crosslines Community Outreach makes mission-aligned decisions grounded in clear, trustworthy information. Drawing on deep experience in analytics, CRM systems, and technology-enabled process design, Scott oversees data strategy, reporting, and insight generation that connect day-to-day operations with long-term impact. His commitment to accuracy and thoughtful stewardship strengthens organizational clarity, equips teams to serve neighbors more effectively, and helps donors see the real difference their generosity makes in the community.
Ashley Reynolds
Director of Development
Ashley Reynolds is a seasoned communicator known for getting results. She brings more than a decade of investigative journalism experience, community engagement, and storytelling expertise to Crosslines as the organization continues expanding its mission to serve neighbors across the Ozarks. Reynolds oversees fundraising incentives and capital campaigns with our business partners, churches and individual donors.

Director of Marketing and Communications
Katelyn Booth is a communications and marketing leader known for her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that move people to action. With a background in higher education and a deep commitment to community impact, she brings both strategic vision and practical execution to every project she leads. Katelyn shapes a unified voice for Crosslines, leading brand strategy and storytelling that connects the community to the mission with clarity, dignity, and purpose.
