What We Do

At Crosslines Community Outreach, we stand at the intersection of compassion and need, offering hope to our most vulnerable neighbors across Southwest Missouri. Since 1969, we’ve believed that by working together, we can accomplish far more than any one organization or congregation could alone.

Through emergency assistance, wrap-around support services, and long-term care, we walk alongside families, seniors, and children—meeting immediate needs while helping create pathways toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Making a Difference

Every day, thousands of our neighbors face impossible choices—between food and medicine, rent and utilities, diapers and electricity. Crosslines exists to ensure no one in our community has to face these challenges alone. With the support of volunteers, donors, and partner organizations throughout the region, we’re not just providing relief—we’re restoring dignity, building relationships, and inspiring hope for lasting change.
